What we collect

Browsing this site: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether a quote request was sent. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) and collects information such as your approximate location, device, browser and the pages you visit. We have turned off Google’s advertising features and do not use this information to identify you. Like any website, our hosting provider also receives technical information needed to deliver pages, such as your IP address and browser type.

When you request a quote, we collect the details you enter:

• your name, phone number and email address
• your event type, dates, start and end times, and expected guest count
• the event location (street address, city, state and ZIP code)
• whether electrical power and a water connection are available at the site
• anything else you choose to tell us in the additional information box

Please don’t include sensitive personal information in the additional information box.

How we use it

We use quote request details only to check availability, recommend the right restroom trailer, prepare your quote, and contact you about your event. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a marketing list.

Who processes it

Netlify, Inc. (United States) hosts this website and receives and stores quote form submissions on our behalf. Netlify’s own privacy policy is at netlify.com/privacy.

HubSpot, Inc. (United States) provides the customer records system we use to track quote requests, quotes and follow-ups. The details you enter in the quote form are copied there so we can manage your request. HubSpot’s privacy policy is at legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.

Google LLC (United States) provides Google Analytics, which receives the browsing information described above. Google’s privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

If we reply to you by email or phone, your details will also pass through our own email and phone providers. No other third parties receive information from this website.

Our site links to our Facebook page. That is a plain link: Facebook receives nothing from this site unless you click it, and then its own privacy policy applies.

How long we keep it

If you send a quote request and don’t book with us, we keep your details for 12 months, then delete them. If you book with us, we keep the records we need to provide the service and for our business and tax records, for as long as those purposes require.

Analytics choices

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load Google Analytics at all. You can also block analytics cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. The site works the same either way.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above and we will respond as soon as we can. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law.

Children

This site is intended for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
